Williams & Humbert Sherry wines took centre stage at the International Sherry Week held in Ireland. The event \u201cSherry, a Taste of Andaluc\u00eda with Williams & Humbert\u201d was, more than a tasting, a true Sherry festival: a gathering held at Bewley\u2019s Grafton Street where attendees enjoyed the wines, accompanied by typical Spanish dishes, in an evening enlivened by flamenco guitar and dance. <\/p>\n\n

The vintage Sherries Fino 2015, Fino 2012 \u201cAlbore\u00e1\u201d, Amontillado 2011 \u201cCruj\u00eda\u201dand the organic Oloroso 2015 took centre stage at this event, along with the medium sweet A Winter\u00b4s Tale, whose name refers to a famous Shakespeare play, and which was served over ice and garnished with rosemary, cranberries and a slice of orange.<\/p>\n\n
