The result is this distinctive, distinctly medium sweet Oloroso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Age:<\/strong> Minimum 15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Grape varieties:<\/strong> Palomino and Pedro Xim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vineyards:<\/strong> Pago A\u00f1ina and Carrascal. Jerez Superior area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alcohol:<\/strong> 20.5% ABV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sugar content:<\/strong> 100 g\/l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TASTING NOTE:<\/strong> Bright amber in colour, with an intense nose reminiscent of dried fruit, walnut, raisins and figs. Full and harmonious on the palate, low in acidity and quite sweet, with a persistent retronasal finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PAIR IT WITH:<\/strong> Blue cheeses, cured cheeses, foie gras, poultry and game birds such as duck or partridge, spiced dishes, red berries, citrus fruits and pastries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Serve it:<\/strong> between 12 \u00b0C and 14 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dry Sack 15, the first sherry to carry an age statement: a medium sweet Oloroso aged 15 years.
