Juan Ruiz is known as a true wine genius. National Gastronomy Award winner in 2016 and Best Sommelier of the Year in 2015, after a successful career as restaurant manager at Aponiente, this native of Rota decided in 2020 to open the business of his dreams: the burger restaurant \u201cLittle John\u201d in the centre of his home town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Juan Ruiz says that Little John doesn\u2019t smell like a burger joint, \u201cbut of my mother\u2019s fried tomato, my grandmother\u2019s pisto and the fresh vegetables from Conil\u201d. That is how he has turned the concept \u201cfrom fast food to fast good\u201d.
