Where it all begins. Under that motto, at the start of 2024 Madrid Fusi\u00f3n celebrated more than two decades as the birthplace of culinary excellence, knowledge and gastronomic innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talks, workshops, round tables, showcookings, tastings and more than twenty renowned international chefs came together at Ifema for the 22nd edition of Madrid Fusi\u00f3n Alimentos de Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bodegas Williams & Humbert did not want to miss this gastronomic gathering, taking part in several showcookings with its wines and holding a very special tasting: \u201cWilliams Vintages: tradition and innovation in statically aged sherries\u201d, led by the winery\u2019s winemaker Juan Jos\u00e9 Mesa. A tasting that could not have been more in tune with the motto of this edition of Madrid Fusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
