Williams & Humbert launches the new 2023 vintages of Estero white wine
The 2023 harvest gives rise to these new Estero vintages, white wines with the finesse and elegance of Palomino grapes from Viña Dos Mercedes, in the Pago de Carrascal in the Jerez Superior area
Estero Blanco and Estero Blanco Semidulce are made from clean, very delicate first free-run Palomino must and selected yeast, fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 to 20 degrees.

Estero Blanco Semidulce (12.0% ABV) is a young white wine, pale yellow with greenish hints, with pleasant, very frank fruity aromas of pear, apple and pineapple. On the palate it is smooth and silky, fresh, slightly sweet and very balanced.
Serve well chilled, between 7 and 9 °C, on its own or – thanks to its good balance of sweetness and acidity – with blue cheese, foie gras pâtés, salted preserves, fresh dressings, pasta, legume stews, rice dishes, fish and seafood.

Estero Blanco (12.0% ABV) is a young white wine, pale yellow with greenish hints, with pleasant fruity aromas of pear, apple and citrus that make it very fresh. On the palate it is dry, light and smooth, with balanced acidity and great freshness.
Always serve well chilled, between 7 and 9 °C, to enjoy it at its best. It pairs perfectly with chickpea picadillo salads, pasta salads, fideuá with prawns, seafood rice dishes and, of course, fish and shellfish.
