A total of 10 wines, both from static and dynamic ageing, took centre stage in the tasting guided by Williams & Humbert winemaker Juan José Mesa and held at the Spanish Union of Wine Tasters (UEC), a leading association specialising in training and promoting wine and food culture. With more than a hundred courses delivered to its name, aimed at enthusiasts as well as technicians and professionals, the UEC also organises prestigious competitions and currently has more than 750 members. A true benchmark institution in the national wine sector.
