Gran Duque de Alba XO is a Solera Gran Reserva Brandy crafted from distillates of excellent wines and aged for 18 years in American oak casks previously seasoned with Don Guido, a renowned Pedro Ximénez with a certified age of 20 years by the Sherry Regulatory Council. A brandy of noble color, ranging between antique mahogany and ebony. Very bright, with an intense nose featuring notes of raisins, grape, plum, and vanilla. Complex and majestic on the palate, it is simultaneously unctuous and velvety. The excellence of this Brandy has earned it the Gold Medal at the Meininger’s International Spirits Awards, as well as the Chairman’s Trophy. It was also included in the Top 100 Spirits 2023 at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge, a prestigious competition that awarded this brandy 95 points and an Excellent rating.
