Williams & Humbert expands its range with the launch of Pando Spritz and Dry Sack Spritz, two new offerings that reinterpret the classic spritz through the world of Sherry wine. Crafted from two of the winery’s most emblematic references, both combine the character of their wines with a selection of botanical and citrus ingredients to deliver fresh, light drinks with great personality.
With an alcohol content of 5.5%, a fine bubble and a markedly gastronomic vocation, the new Williams & Humbert Spritzes are designed to be enjoyed as an aperitif or at any time, offering a different way to approach wine without sacrificing its origin or the quality that defines the winery.

Inspired by two of its most emblematic Sherries, Pando Spritz and Dry Sack Spritz combine the character of fino and oloroso with a selection of botanical and citrus ingredients to deliver fresh, light drinks with great personality
Pando Spritz: the freshness of Fino Pando

Made from the emblematic Fino Pando, a Sherry with five years of biological ageing, Pando Spritz preserves the yeasty notes, delicate saline character and characteristic dryness of the wine, which lend balance and a long finish on the palate.

Its aromatic profile is enriched with Buddha’s Hand, an exotic citrus fruit with delicate floral notes that is milder than lemon or lime due to its lower acidity, while spearmint and elderflower add freshness and aromatic complexity, resulting in an elegant, refreshing and highly expressive spritz.
Light and versatile, Pando Spritz is ideal both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to meals. Ideal to enjoy on its own or on ice, served with a slice of citrus that enhances its aromatic profile.

A light, refreshing way to enjoy wine, putting the focus on the freshness brought by the bubble, the low sensation of alcohol and a pleasant aromatic profile.
This new offering is designed for those seeking fresh, low-alcohol drinks without sacrificing the personality of the wine. Its subtle bubble accompanies, without masking, the character of Fino Pando, the winery’s oldest brand, whose soleras date back to 1878.
Dry Sack Spritz: the elegance of oloroso in a refreshing key

Dry Sack Spritz is crafted from Dry Sack, an oloroso with five years of ageing that lends the characteristic notes of toasted nuts and the nuances typical of oxidative ageing.

Its combination with bitter and sweet orange, Buddha’s Hand and elderflower creates a fresh, balanced aromatic profile full of nuances, where the intensity of the wine coexists with the liveliness of the citrus and the delicacy of the floral notes.

With a brilliant orange color, a lively and persistent bubble, Dry Sack Spritz stands out for the balance between a gentle sweetness, citrus freshness and the complexity brought by Williams & Humbert’s emblematic oloroso.
It can be enjoyed on its own or on ice, served with a slice of orange, a simple presentation that highlights its refreshing and aromatic character.

In appearance it is bright, straw-coloured with golden glints. On the nose, sweet notes stand out, evoking nuts, maple and delicate woody nuances, complemented by enticing hints of cappuccino coffee. On the palate, it offers a smooth, balanced entry, shaped by its time in wood, with flavours that confirm its aromatic profile: lightly sweet notes, with hints of coffee and a harmonious integration between blue agave and wood.

“With these two launches, Williams & Humbert expands its range of drinks with two offerings that showcase the identity of Sherry wine from a contemporary perspective. Pando Spritz and Dry Sack Spritz share the same philosophy: to offer a light, fresh and accessible experience, while keeping intact the personality of the wines that give rise to them”
