A tribute to old vintages and the nobility of aged wines
Madrid hosted the first Salón de los Vinos del Tiempo, an event organised by the Sindicato del Gusto to celebrate the maturity and elegance of aged wines. Held at the emblematic Official Association of Architects of Madrid (COAM), it brought together fifteen renowned wineries, including Williams & Humbert. Representing various Spanish wine regions, these wineries presented a total of 67 carefully chosen aged wines. Sommeliers, restaurateurs and experts had the chance to taste and appreciate the quality and uniqueness of these wines.
The sherries from the Vintage Collection and those with certified ages of 20 and 30 years were the wines Williams & Humbert selected for this event, a tribute to the complexity and richness that time gives these very special and unique wines.
