The prestigious magazine Decanter has included Don Zoilo Pedro Ximénez and Don Zoilo Amontillado in its recommendation of the best wines to buy in autumn 2021 – “Top buys this autumn” – awarding them 94 and 93 points respectively.
This list of wines recommended and published by Decanter comes from a selection made by The Wine Society and curated by nine wine personalities, three of them Masters of Wine.
Founded in 1874 and with 180,000 members, The Wine Society is hugely popular among wine lovers in the United Kingdom. At the Decanter Retailer Awards 2021 it was named best retailer, best online retailer of the year and best virtual wine experience. It also ranked first as specialist of the year for Austria, Portugal and the South of France.
