Williams & Humbert recently welcomed one of the most prestigious sommeliers on the Spanish scene, Miguel Ángel Millán, who is responsible for the wine list at the emblematic DiverXO restaurant. The sommelier was accompanied by the winery’s oenologist, Paola Medina, who introduced him to Williams’ various sherries.
