DOUBLE GOLD FOR WILLIAMS & HUMBERT’S PEDRO XIMÉNEZ WINES.
Don Zoilo 12-year-old Pedro Ximénez and Don Guido 20-year-old Pedro Ximénez have won Double Gold – 96 and 94 points respectively – at the “Sommelier Challenge International Wine & Spirit Competition 2020”, whose judges include the most prestigious sommeliers in the United States.
Other wines from the winery that received excellent scores at the competition were Jalifa 30-year-old Amontillado with 92 points, Dos Cortados 20-year-old Palo Cortado (92 points), Dry Sack Medium (92 points), Don Zoilo 12-year-old Oloroso (91 points), Canasta sweet Oloroso (91 points) and Don Zoilo 12-year-old Amontillado with 90 points.
