From yesterday to today
For three days, the Alcázar de Jerez becomes the centre of attention for the international wine sector and the Mosque, the quintessential space for professionals to showcase the unique characteristics of their productions. “Williams & Humbert Vintages, from yesterday to today” was the journey that the winery’s oenologist, Juan José Mesa, undertook during the tasting offered in this magnificent setting, the venue for the International Noble Wines Fair, VINOBLE.

A selection of the winery’s static-aged wines, comprising the Single Cask Vintages, which date back to 1920, and the current ones, which begin in 2001 and include vintages of oxidative and biological ageing, together with such unique vintages as estate, organic or vino de pasto wines. Those chosen for this very special occasion were the Single Cask 1935 and 1974 vintages, Fino 2017 Añina and Fino 2017 Carrascal, Fino 2017 Organic, Fino 2017 Vino de Pasto, Amontillado 2001 and Oloroso 2003.
