The Williams & Humbert tasting at Madrid Fusión
Where it all begins. Under that motto, at the start of 2024 Madrid Fusión celebrated more than two decades as the birthplace of culinary excellence, knowledge and gastronomic innovation.
Talks, workshops, round tables, showcookings, tastings and more than twenty renowned international chefs came together at Ifema for the 22nd edition of Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España.
Bodegas Williams & Humbert did not want to miss this gastronomic gathering, taking part in several showcookings with its wines and holding a very special tasting: “Williams Vintages: tradition and innovation in statically aged sherries”, led by the winery’s winemaker Juan José Mesa. A tasting that could not have been more in tune with the motto of this edition of Madrid Fusión.
